The digital learning can be divided into two categories, micro-learning and macro-learning. Micro-learning is comprised of brief learning modules, covering a specific topic or issue, through videos, articles, tools, etc. Macro-learning is comprised entirely of new domains of expertise, through in-depth courses and programs, aimed at teaching employees new skills for the job.

We provide customized coaching based on the unique needs of each provider and provide transparency through an analysis of metric improvements after coaching is complete.
Superusers are an important investment when implementing an Epic EHR. Epic even promotes this on their UserWeb. Superusers are most familiar with their department’s workflows, end users, needs and challenges. There are several areas of focus that we use to make your Superuser Program successful.

Provide Superusers with Adult Learning Theory. – A key step in Superuser Training is the 90-minute Epic-provided course on the “Art of Being a Superuser.”
It is essential to incorporate this because it focuses on the soft skills needed to support end users during the Epic implementation.
Each situation is different, and the number of resources is dependent on scope and size of your project. Staffing with as many internal resources available is preferred, but Ellit Groups can augment your resources in this area.
