We bring an integrated program from curriculum development to virtual/classroom training delivery to ATE in-person and virtual support with a focus on “workflow-based” training to our end users for real-time application in their care delivery.
Our delivery is created with efficient tools and processes, maximizing the learning experience with the least amount of disruption to their time away from patient care.

The process of preparing your organization for a coming change through readiness activities “Making it Stick.” A new EHR brings big changes to the workflows and day-to-day operations of all clinical staff and business staff. An operational readiness program promotes long-term success by engaging operational leadership in all phases the EHR implementation. We do this through several activities:

User Acceptance Testing
Manager Meetings & Department Operational Readiness Meetings (DORMs)
Super User Programs

The digital learning can be divided into two categories, micro-learning and macro-learning. Micro-learning is comprised of brief learning modules, covering a specific topic or issue, through videos, articles, tools, etc. Macro-learning is comprised entirely of new domains of expertise, through in-depth courses and programs, aimed at teaching employees new skills for the job.
We approach this not as a single event, but rather a series of formal and informal learning opportunities all with the goal of promoting maximum retention and as an organizational strategy to continually grow and improve. We work with you to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend a plan for transforming the program in alignment with business goals, and support implementation of the plan.
Ellit’s experts design and develop training programs in all the latest digital learning modalities such as: eLearning, blended-learning, classroom technologies (ILT, vILT) etc. Additionally, we help to design and develop Performance Support Tools including facilitation guides, job aids, “how to videos”, Online help systems, and reference documents.
Once the learning & development phase is completed, we work to implement and evaluate the program. We drive the facilitation, train-the-trainer, LMS administration, content curation, and measurement and analysis to ensure your staff is successful.
We understand that EHR adoption and digital transformation does not end after go-live. It is a continuous journey with opportunities to make adjustments along the way. No matter where you are in your EHR journey, all organizations can benefit from proactive and customized support. Just as system modifications and upgrades continue after solutions are turned on, coaching should continue as part of your ongoing transformation.
Our Productivity Coaching helps identify areas of opportunity among clinicians, and by offering one-on-one coaching tailored to the unique needs of each clinician. We use each provider’s Epic Signal Data and actionable insights to target specific providers with the greatest opportunity in adoption, efficiency, and other organizational goals.
We provide customized coaching based on the unique needs of each provider and provide transparency through an analysis of metric improvements after coaching is complete.
Superusers are an important investment when implementing an Epic EHR. Epic even promotes this on their UserWeb. Superusers are most familiar with their department’s workflows, end users, needs and challenges. There are several areas of focus that we use to make your Superuser Program successful.
Carefully Recruit and Select your Superusers.
Define Superuser Roles and Responsibilities.
Ensure Superuser involvement with Epic.
Require attendance at all training sessions:
Introductory Meeting.
Application Training.
Art of being a Superuser.
Support of End User Training.
Superuser Refresher.
Provide Superusers with Adult Learning Theory. – A key step in Superuser Training is the 90-minute Epic-provided course on the “Art of Being a Superuser.”
It is essential to incorporate this because it focuses on the soft skills needed to support end users during the Epic implementation.
Each situation is different, and the number of resources is dependent on scope and size of your project. Staffing with as many internal resources available is preferred, but Ellit Groups can augment your resources in this area. We provide an assessment, help complete the Superuser Calculator, drive engagement, and train your resources to be successful.
Our unique approach is based on our combined experience having successfully trained and supported more than 300,000 clinicians and staff for some of the largest organizations in the world.
The Ellit Training Experience is a blended model of the latest learning technologies that:
Reduce training time, costs and help desk requests
