These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of SMS text messaging and related electronic communications provided by Ellit Groups (“Ellit Groups,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to employees and other authorized users.
By participating in the Ellit Groups SMS Messaging Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms.
Purpose of the Service
Ellit Groups provides SMS messaging as an additional communication channel to support employees and authorized users with business operations, technology support, security, and system access needs.
SMS communications may include, but are not limited to:
• BitLocker recovery information or recovery codes
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and verification codes
• Password or account access assistance
• Identity and security verification
• System access information
• IT Service Desk communications
• Security alerts and notifications
• Other time-sensitive technology support communications

This service is intended solely for authorized Ellit Groups business purposes.
Authorized Users
SMS communications from Ellit Groups are intended only for the employee or authorized individual associated with the mobile phone number on file.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their mobile phone number remains accurate and up to date.
Security and Confidentiality
Certain SMS messages may contain confidential, proprietary, or security-sensitive information.
Recipients are responsible for maintaining the security of their mobile devices and must not share authentication codes, BitLocker recovery information, passwords, verification codes, or other security-related information with unauthorized individuals.
If you receive a security-related message that you did not request, believe your account may have been compromised, or receive information intended for another individual, contact Ellit Groups IT Support immediately.
Service Availability
Ellit Groups does not guarantee uninterrupted or immediate delivery of SMS messages. Delivery may be affected by wireless carriers, network availability, device settings, service outages, or other factors beyond Ellit Groups’ control.
SMS messaging should not be relied upon as the sole means of communication for emergencies or situations requiring immediate assistance.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
Message frequency will vary depending on support requests, authentication activity, security requirements, and operational needs.
Opt-Out
Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications where supported by the messaging service.
Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out may limit Ellit Groups’ ability to provide IT support, authentication, security, or system access information through SMS. In such cases, alternative communication or verification methods may be required.
