April 27, 2026 — Ellit Groups, a leading healthcare IT consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Katie Allatt will join the company as Vice President, Portfolio Management & Governance, effective April 27, 2026. Allatt brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare technology leadership spanning revenue cycle, EHR ecosystems, AI-enabled operations, and enterprise product strategy. Most recently, Allatt served as Vice President of Product and Strategy at DocVocate, and previously served as Chief Product Officer at Janus Health. She is known for leading large-scale transformation, building and scaling products, and delivering measurable outcomes that improve both operational performance and patient care.
As Vice President, Portfolio Management & Governance, Allatt will play a key role in strengthening Ellit Groups’ delivery model, enhancing program governance, and supporting the continued growth of the organization’s Project Management Office (PMO) practice.
“Katie joins us at a pivotal moment,” said Mark Amey, Chief Operating Officer. “As we scale our delivery model and sharpen our operational rigor, her expertise in KPI architecture, program governance, and cross-functional accountability will be critical to how we manage and grow our portfolio of client engagements.”
“What drew me to Ellit Groups is the operator-led model and the emphasis on delivering real outcomes, not just recommendations.” said Allatt. “Having spent my career on the client side leading implementations, building products, and driving operational change, I’ve seen firsthand the gap that often exists between strategy and execution. Ellit Groups’ focus on closing that gap, combined with its commitment to patient-centered impact and long-term partnerships, strongly aligns with how I approach leadership and the work I want to be doing. The organization’s growth trajectory and reputation in the market also creates a unique opportunity to build something meaningful while maintaining a high bar for quality.”
Allatt’s leadership philosophy centers on accountability, transparency, and empowerment, with a focus on aligning teams to measurable outcomes and creating environments where individuals take ownership and grow.
In her new role, her priorities include building strong client relationships, establishing consistency and excellence in delivery, and scaling the PMO practice while maintaining quality.
“Healthcare IT is evolving rapidly, and the expectations of both clients and employees are changing alongside it… I believe culture and employee experience are critical differentiators… At the same time, advancements in AI and automation are reshaping how work gets done… Bridging that gap—between technology, operations, and patient care—is where the greatest opportunity exists” said Allat.
