announce that Mark Amey will join the company as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective March 1, 2025. With more than 25 years in healthcare technology leadership, Amey brings a track record of driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
As incoming COO, Amey will oversee the company’s operations, ensuring the continued delivery of high-impact healthcare IT solutions that enhance clinical outcomes and streamline operations. His leadership and credibility in the industry will be instrumental in expanding Ellit Groups’ reach and deepening its partnerships with healthcare organizations nationwide.

Amey joins Ellit Groups after serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Alameda Health System (AHS), where he led a comprehensive digital transformation strategy, modernizing IT operations and infrastructure. His leadership contributed to key achievements such as a system-wide Epic implementation, governance enhancements, and industry recognitions for digital excellence.
Throughout his career, Amey has held executive IT leadership positions at renowned healthcare organizations, including Stanford Children’s Health, UC San Diego & Irvine Health, and the University of Southern California Health. He has successfully led multimillion-dollar IT initiatives, developed governance frameworks, and mentored high-performing teams.
