We got a lot of executive advising and consulting from Ellit Groups. A lot of the things I learned from the firm are what got me to the position I’m in today. The firm is able to develop people. I have seen so much growth in our analysts. The firm filled the gaps in developing our team. The firm was really good at picking up on things. There were a couple of times when we had emergencies, and the firm brought in really overqualified analysts who came in and saved us with the referrals. They had someone at the drop of a dime come in and help us with our referral situation and with our data services team. That was great.

I have worked with many firms in the past, especially when it comes to go-live and at-the-elbow support, and it is so easy to just get caught up in the chaos. It is just a nickel-and-dime situation. It sometimes feels like we are getting taken advantage of. In this case, with Ellit Groups, before we even got into the mayhem of the go-live, they laid out a plan for us and broke it down. Ellit Groups knew Epic fully, and we had very little implementation experience, so they could have taken advantage of us, but they didn’t. They helped us learn along the way.

The account management from Ellit Groups was one of the most streamlined processes that I have ever experienced with a firm in a strategic partnership.
