One thing that was great about Ellit Groups was that they were actually a great partner. When they identified a gap, instead of saying that they had a service that they could charge us money for, they told us what they had seen as a road map at other institutions of our size. It was much more of a partnership.

Ellit Groups really helped us. We didn’t have many people who were experienced with the solution we were working with, so the project manager from Ellit Groups partnered with us to give an analysis of which analysts needed more support and what type of support. Ellit Groups definitely did everything they could to at least get a plan together for us. They did way more than we could have ever asked for, and I still reference the road map we built with Ellit Groups.

We didn’t have any gaps with Ellit Groups. They actually preemptively came to us about a couple of individuals and said that they were not performing at the expected levels, so they were going to be swapping them out, and asked whether that was okay. We hadn’t even realized there had been performance issues in these cases. The fact that they asked first because they realized that those people were integrated into our processes and workflows spoke volumes to us. The proactivity really made us trust them. It would be easy to just keep someone on the project if we thought that they were doing their job because we didn’t know any better. But the firm didn’t do that, and that was fantastic. We didn’t have any issues with their staff, but we didn’t have to have eyes on their staff because of the trust that they had built.

At AHS where I work as a Nurse, we merged from Meditech to Epic. Ellit Groups provided an entire team that was onsite and readily available to assist us with our questions and concerns. We had several staff members who were a little apprehensive, Ellit Groups help was reassuring to all of us.
